1. Acceptance

By creating a FotoMeo account you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our privacy practices. If you do not agree, do not create an account.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of the photos and other content you upload. You grant FotoMeo a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to operate the service for you and users you share with.

4. Acceptable Use

You will not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or that depicts sexual, exploitative, or graphically violent material. Uploads are subject to automated moderation and may be blocked or removed.

5. Sharing & Collaboration

Albums you share grant invited editors the permissions described in the app. You are responsible for who you invite and what content you share.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FotoMeo disclaims all implied warranties and shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
